1. Subscription Cancellations

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments for the same service
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service for an extended period
  • Service not delivered as described
  • Annual subscription cancelled within 30 days of purchase

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not using the service during the subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
  • Monthly subscriptions cancelled after the billing cycle has started

3. How to Request a Refund

6. Changes to Subscription Plans

If you change your subscription plan (e.g., upgrade or downgrade), the new billing rate will take effect in the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your current billing cycle when upgrading or downgrading.

7. Termination by DineDeal

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused portion of your subscription.
