1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your service or subscription within 48 hours of purchase, provided setup or activation has not been completed.

1.2 Non-Cancellable Cases

  • Setup or onboarding already started
  • Custom development work initiated
  • Subscription already activated
  • Partial work delivered

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment for the same service
  • Service not delivered as described
  • Technical issues preventing service usage (verified by our team)
  • Cancellation requested within 48 hours (and service not activated)

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Unused days in an active subscription
  • Custom features or integrations
  • Services already delivered or partially delivered

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Payment reference ID
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
